Don't get locked into wholesale vacations. It doesn't make sense. There are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of vacation providers competing every day for your business (Kayak, Expedia, Travelocity, Sandals, hotel chains, etc.) Because they have to compete for your business, they have to EARN your business, which means offering cheaper rates and better accommodations for your money.

But with wholesale vacation providers, like Sundance and Travel Advantage Network, once you've signed that contract, they've got you locked in. What's there incentive for offering better value, or better properties, or cheaper rates. Once they have you locked in, they've effectively removed you from the competitive marketplace, where there's no longer any competition to work for you.

Now you're stuck with ONE provider, under a contract, while your friends and family are finding better deals online where the rest of the travel world is competing for your business.

Wholesale vacations just don't make good economic sense.
