I can't believe what just happened to my sister and i !!! We went to the presentation, did not buy anything. We chose are free trip to Mexico for attending the presentation. We had to select three possible dates and a deposit of $198 for tax, which at the time thought that was fine. We both were very excited for the trip. We received a confirmation via email ,that they had received the $198 and that they would contact us at least 45days prior to an available date, and it said do not reply to email. So, we waited, and waited the first date passed the second date was comming up and still we did not hear from the". I decided to call to see if we were going on the last date/. When I called a was put on hold for a half hour to be told that I had to go online and call different number?. I called that number ,again an other 30 min hold/. Finally this lady "LESSLIE " was extremely rude ,claiming that I was suppose to call them awhile back;. She claimmed that an email was sent to me, which I never received "scam" she said that the there was nothing available and that the deposit was going to mailed back|. I said " no, what is your name and I to speek to your supervisor , she pretend to not hear me , sha said "your breaking up" I said dont act like you can't hear me /. she then said their all in a meeting, I said fine transfer me to their voicemail!. She transferred me to her own voicemail!!! Unreal I still can not believe what just happened , I'm going to call tomorrow morning again. 12983a7

They said they were a lease company "spirit insentive" that took care of the trip bookings and could not do anything about it. So, I called Sundance they said they said they were going to resend me a knew code to select new dates. I still haven't received anything yet.... |

I said no to what they were trying to sell me because over the phone I was told I won a free cruise. so all I wanted was my free cruise. they wouldn't stop trying to sucker me even after I said " I'm only here for my free cruise prize ". so I go home home with the free cruise paper, and I book it. they asked me to pick three different dates, just incase the first or second date gets canceled. I just got a call from them saying all dates are cancelled u will have your money for taxes refunded. so basically I get nothing! what they do is cancel all your dates with bull excuses then refund your money. so basically you don't win anything! and all you do is waste your time and planning. I think their company should be shut down. don't waste your time it will only make u furious like me |
